Overview

The Truck Sampler is engineered for automated, representative sampling of road-delivered bulk materials, enabling cement plants to verify material chemistry before unloading and stockpiling. It functions not only as a receiving station device, but as a front-line process control system.

Process Role

Raw material intake is a critical control point. Without representative sampling, the plant risks blending variable or non-conforming material into storage and process systems. Truck Samplers enable early identification of off-spec material and reliable raw material acceptance control.

Engineering Principle

Multi-depth extraction to address material heterogeneity across the truck load body. The system performs vertical probe penetration at controlled depth and position, sampling at multiple depths to reduce surface bias.

Core Engineering Features

Vertical Probe Penetration

The sampler probe penetrates the bulk material column at controlled depth and position, enabling representative extraction through the material bed.

Multi-Depth Extraction

Sampling at different depths reduces the risk of surface bias and improves the statistical validity of the collected sample.

Automated Sampling Cycles

Automation improves repeatability, reduces operator dependency, and ensures sampling consistency across multiple deliveries.

Heavy-Duty Structural Framework

Reinforced probe mechanisms, wear-resistant contact surfaces, stable drive and actuation systems, enclosed sample collection arrangements.
